FOOD RUNNER/BUSSER

Department/Group: Customer Service

Level/Salary Range: Minimum wage plus tips

Position Type: Part-time

Role And Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities to include:

  • Delivering food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to customers, clearing dishes from tables.
  • Constant maintenance of cleanliness in the dining room.
  • Positive customer interaction, occasional POS operation.
  • Ability to quickly communicate customer needs with cashier and bartender. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Customer service and restaurant experience desired, but not required, will train with the right attitude.
  • Must maintain a current and up to date food handlers certificate.

Line cook

Department/Group: Kitchen

Level/Salary Range: $12-$14/hour plus tips

Position Type: Part-time/Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Preparation of hot and cold dishes to-order
  • Constant communication with expediter
  • Maintain and communicate need of pre-prepped items, food prep. 
  • Occasional customer interaction
  • Break down and cleaning of station at end of shift

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of kitchen experience required
  • All employees must maintain a current and up to date food handlers certificate.

Dishwasher/food prep

Department/Group: Kitchen

Level/Salary Range: Minimum wage plus tips

Position Type: Part-time/Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of all pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware for the restaurant
  • Maintenance of the cleanliness in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms
  • Occasional food preparation

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must maintain a current and up to date food handlers certificate.

bartender

Department/Group: Customer Service

Level/Salary Range: $13-$15 per hour plus tips

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Daily beverage and food service for restaurant, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Preparing daily prep for all beverages, proper rotation and stocking of all beverages.
  • Reconciliation of cash drawer at end of shift.
  • Positive customer interaction and brand promotion, assessment of customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Customer service and restaurant experience required.
  • Must maintain a current and up to date food handlers certificate.

cashier

Department/Group: Customer Service

Level/Salary Range: $11-$13 per hour plus tips

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Entering orders into POS system
  • Amazing customer relation skills. You are the first interaction patrons will have with our restaurant. 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to please the customer are vital.
  • Reconciliation of cash drawer at end of shift.
  • Occasional food running and help on the floor are expected.
  • Excellent and positive communication abilities. You are the main line of communication between the kitchen and the dining room.
