Additional Tapas or substitutions are an additional fee.
Manchego Cheese with Membrillo
A classic Spanish Tapas, commonly referred to as Romeo and Juliet. These flavors were made for each other.
Saffron and Garlic infused Gulf Shrimp
Our shrimp appetizer is our staff's favorite part of the meal. The saffron, smoked paprika and garlic create a perfect base for the shrimp.
One paella* of your choice, from our Paella Menu
*We offer additional paellas for parties of 40 or more.
Salad and Bread
Tossed green salad with house-made lemon, red pepper and quince dressing, with artisan bread from our local baker.
We use organic spring mix and make the dressing on site.
Manchego Cheese with Membrillo
This "meant to be together" tapa is the most traditional, it pairs Spain's famous Manchego cheese (a hard sheep's milk cheese) with dulce de Membrillo, a sweet and mildly tart jam from the quince fruit.
Crostini with Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Romesco Sauce
An oven crisped toast with sauteed red peppers and our house made Romesco sauce, a hazelnut and roasted red pepper-based sauce that originated from Northeastern Spain.
Crostini with Chorizo, Roasted Asparagus and Romesco
Another variety of crostini, this captures the distinct flavor of the chorizo, without being overwhelmed by it. A staff favorite!
The Olive Board
This appetizer isn't a board, but a paella pan, filled with Spanish olives, Marcona Almonds, Roasted Almonds, fruits, crackers and a variety of local cheeses. This appetizer is perfect for a wedding or other large gathering.
Tomales Bay Oysters with Mignonette
Oysters are a great compliment to any main course. We get ours locally, from Tomales Bay, pulled out of the water hours before your event.
Skewered Saffron Shrimp
Infused with garlic, olive oil, seasoned with saffron and smoked paprika, and served hot and ready to eat on a skewer. *Romesco sauce added upon request
This traditional paella, made with chicken and a variety of seafood, is our most popular. It is visually stunning and holds a wide variety of flavors.
Paella with Chicken and Sausage
This paella is a favorite amongst our staff, from the way it is easy to eat standing up, to the heartiness of it. This is a perfect choice to pair with a casual event, such as a winery pick up party or art gallery opening. We make this with andouille sausage, or Spanish Chorizo upon request.
This all-seafood paella is made with a clam stock and holds a variety of seafood, including shrimp, calamari and New Zealand green lip mussels.
To put it in California wine terms, if other paellas are the 'big reds', this dish is the Pinot of Paellas. A little lighter, but still bursting with flavor. We recommend adding this paella to larger parties to ensure all dietary needs are met.
Squid Ink and Seafood Paella (additional fee applies)
For the true seafood lovers, we offer a squid ink paella. This dark-rice paella is served with Meyer Lemon Aioli.
Rabbit and Chorizo Paella (additional fee applies)
In Spain, rabbit is a traditional ingredient in Paella. We pair our version with aged Spanish Chorizo.
Lobster Paella (additional fee applies)
The ultimate indulgence but so very worth it!
*All Paellas can be made Gluten free, just ask!
Fresh Sliced Seasonal Melon with Mint
